Position Overview: As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing various HR functions to support our growing team. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Your efforts will help create a positive and productive workplace, aligned with our company’s values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent in the eCommerce and technology sectors.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Engagement and Development:
Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
Coordinate and implement employee development programs, including training and workshops.
Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
Monitor employee performance and suggest improvements or interventions as needed.
Policy and Compliance:
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Ensure that all HR activities are compliant with local labor laws and company standards.
Hybrid Work Management:
Manage the logistics and coordination of hybrid work arrangements, ensuring a smooth workflow between remote and in-office operations.
Monitor productivity and employee satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the eCommerce or technology sectors.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
