- Developing and implementing effective lead generation campaigns: Experiment with different channels and strategies, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach, to optimize lead acquisition.
- Managing and nurturing the lead pipeline: Track leads through various stages of the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Collaborating with the sales team: Share qualified leads and provide valuable insights to support the sales process.
- Analyzing data and reporting progress: Monitor key metrics related to lead generation efforts and present findings to inform strategic decisions.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably within the B2B or e-commerce sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing materials and engaging with potential customers.
- Proficiency in research and data analysis to identify new leads and evaluate campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
